2 oz Wilderton Earthen
1 oz Pineapple-coconut juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Demerara syrup
3 dashes Island Spice bitters or aromatic bitters
Combine ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with pineapple fronds and Italian cherries.
