WINTER BOTANICAL BREEZE
6 oz Wilderton Earthen
1 cup ruby red grapefruit
1/2 cup Hibiscus tea, cooled
2 oz lime juice
1 tbsp agave syrup
Place 1 hibiscus tea bag in a large heatproof cup. Pour in a cup of just-boiling water; steep 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bag and let cool completely. Refrigerate until cold.
Fill a shaker with ice, add in ingredients & shake.
Serve over ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
