EARTHY BEET

  • 2 oz Wilderton Earthen
  • 1.5 oz beet juice
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz ginger-honey syrup 
  • dianthus flowers, for garnish

In a mixing tin, combine Earthen, beet juice, lemon juice, and ginger-honey syrup. Add ice and shake well. Double-strain into a coupe and garnish with the dianthus blooms.

RISE AND SHINE ON

  • 2oz Cold Brew coffee
  • 2oz Wilderton Earthen
  • 1oz Cinnamon infused simple syrup
  • 6 dashes orange bitters
  • Splash of creamer

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass over ice.  Top with creamer. Grate a fresh cinnamon stick over the top.

BLOOD MOON

  • 2oz Wilderton Earthen
  • 4oz Tomato Juice
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika
  • celery salt

Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with pickled asparagus, beets, celery, lime and olives. 

PACIFIC REVERIE

  • 2 oz Wilderton Earthen 
  • 1 oz Pineapple-coconut juice 
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice 
  • 1/2 oz Demerara syrup 
  • 3 dashes Island Spice bitters or aromatic bitters

Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds and Italian cherries. Add a whole cinnamon stick and briefly torch the tip with a lighter to add cinnamon smoke aroma.

WILD BRAMBLE

  • 2  oz Wilderton Earthen 
  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon juice 
  • ½ oz  Fresh Lime juice 
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup 
  • 1 inch Finely Minced Ginger 
  • 3 oz Brew Dr. Superberry Kombucha
  • 3 dash Angostura bitters

Place minced ginger at bottom of cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients and shake and strain over ice in Collins glass. Garnish with lemon peel and fresh blackberries.

WINTER BOTANICAL BREEZE

  • 6 oz Wilderton Earthen 
  • 1 cup ruby red grapefruit
  • 1/2 cup Hibiscus tea, cooled 
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • Lime wedges 

Place 1 hibiscus tea bag in a large heatproof cup. Pour in a cup of just-boiling water; steep 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let cool completely. Refrigerate until cold. Fill a shaker with ice, add in ingredients & shake. Serve over ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with lime wedge. 

EARTHEN HIGHBALL

  • 2 oz WildertonTM Earthen
  • 3 oz Soda Water

Add Earthen to ice filled collins glass. Top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with mint sprig.

DAILY CRESCENT

  • 2 oz Wilderton Earthen
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 5 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 1/2 oz Black Tea Simple Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice, stir well, and strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Rub glass rim with lemon peel then use as garnish.

WILD& FREE

  • 2 oz Wilderton Earthen
  • 1/2 oz Orange Juice
  • Ginger Beer

Combine Earthen and orange juice in a mixing glass. Add ice, stir well, and strain into a mug or collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a cherry.

CITRUS FLOWER SOUR

  • 1.5 oz Wilderton Lustre
  • 1.5 oz mandarin orange juice
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz chamomile honey 
  • 1 egg white
  • micro marigolds, for garnish


 

Combine the Lustre, juices, chamomile honey, and egg white. Dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds. Double-strain into a coupe and garnish with micro marigolds.

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE

  • 2oz Wilderton Lustre
  • 1oz Carrot juice
  • 1oz Ginger beer
  • 1oz Thyme infused simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime and fresh thyme.

HEART WARMER

  • 2 oz Wilderton Lustre
  • ¾oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ¾oz Ginger infused Oregon Grower's honey simple syrup
  • Hot water

Combine all ingredients in a mug and stir. Garnish with lemon wheel.

TANDOORI DREAM

  • 2 oz Wilderton Lustre
  • 1.5 oz Rogan josh curry-infused coconut cream
  • 1.5 oz Mango juice 
  • .75 oz Fresh Lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with one piece of ice. 
Garnish with lime wheel and Rogan Josh spice mix.
 

GINGER ORANGE MULE

  • 1 oz Wilderton Lustre
  • ½ oz Fresh Orange juice
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime juice
  • DRYSODA Ginger Botanical Bubbly
  • 8-10 mint leaves

Add ice, mint, Wilderton Lustre, lime juice, and orange juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a glass and top with DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly. Garnish with a long orange peel and fresh mint.

DAYBREAK

  • 2 oz Wilderton Lustre
  • 3 oz Coconut Water
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake well, and strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel or lemongrass stalk.

LUSTRE & TONIC

  • 2 oz Wilderton Lustre
  • 3 oz Tonic Water

Add Lustre to an ice filled collins glass. Top with tonic water and stir gently. Garnish with a lavender sprig. 

SOUR POET

  • 2 oz Wilderton Lustre
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 5 Fresh Blackberries

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake well, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
