Citrus Flower Sour
A gorgeous concoction with top notes of chamomile and citrus, and a creamy-smooth undercurrent of soft honey.
1.5 oz Wilderton Lustre N/A Spirit
- 1.5 oz mandarin orange juice
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz chamomile honey
- 1 egg white
- micro marigolds, for garnish
- Combine the Lustre, juices, chamomile honey, and egg white.
- Dry shake for 30 seconds.
- Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds.
- Double-strain into a coupe and garnish with micro marigolds.
