Stay Well Sweepstakes Rules

2. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Odds of winning depend upon number of entries.  A purchase or payment does not increase your chances of winning. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
3. Eligibility:

Participation in the Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia,who are eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry. Employees, officers & directors of Sponsor, its franchises or licensees, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families or members of the same household of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited by law. 

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Rules”) and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.  

4. Sweepstakes Dates:

The Sweepstakes Dates begin at the Sweepstakes Start Date as described in Section 1 above and ends at the Sweepstakes End Date as described in Section 1 above. The first Sweepstakes will begin on January 10, 2022, at 12:00am PT and end on January 31, 2022, at 11:59pm PT. The computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

5. Prize:

Prize winner will be drawn randomly from the pool of eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Dates as described in Section 4 above. The Prize winner(s) will receive the Prize as described in Section 1 above. Prize to be redeemed via order created by Sponsor and Partners. Must be redeemed within six (6) months of issuance.

Total retail value of the Prize(s) is as described in Section 1 above. No Prize substitution is allowed by winner. The Prize is nontransferable and will be subject to the Sponsor's policies. The Prize is provided "AS IS" and without any warranty of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. No cash substitutions. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein. Limit one Prize per individual.

6. How To Enter:

How to Enter the Sweepstakes. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit   https://wildertonfree.com/pages/stay-well-sweepstakes

   (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and completely enter your true and correct first name, last name, and email address and indicate acceptance of the Rules and TOU, on the registration form in the required fields (an “Online Entry”). Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply.  BY SUBMITTING AN ONLINE ENTRY, ENTRANTS ARE AGREEING TO RECEIVE EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS FROM SPONSOR AND EACH PRIZE PROVIDER AND THAT USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BY SUCH PRIZE PROVIDER IS GOVERNED BY THEIR RESPECTIVE PRIVACY POLICIES.  SEE SECTION 13 FOR A LINK TO EACH SUCH PRIVACY POLICY. All entries become the property of Sponsor. They will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

No responsibility is assumed for (i) technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network, computer, or data transmission errors, malfunctions, or difficulties of any kind or (ii) any incorrect data contained in any Entry. 

7. Entry Disqualification:

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other method will void such Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Entries that are forged, altered, incomplete, garbled, or generated by a macro or with intent to subvert the entry process will not be accepted and are void. Entries made by an individual or entity on behalf of a named entrant, and/or originating at any other website than the Sweepstakes Site, including, without limitation, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria for this Sweepstakes. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address (the “Authorized Account Holder”).  The potential winner may be required to show proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder. If, in Sponsor’s sole determination, a dispute cannot be resolved, the Entry will be deemed disqualified. 

The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation or administration of the Sweepstakes; violates the Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.  

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

8. Drawing:

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within three (3) days of Sweepstakes End Date. In the event that the first entry form selected is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever, or if the person who submitted the first entry form does not respond to the notification that they won as described in section 9 below, Sponsor will randomly select another winner who shall be subject to the same rules and conditions set forth herein. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

9. Notification:

Winner(s) will be notified by email within a reasonable amount of time after drawing. If unable to make contact with the winner within five (5) business days after Sponsor first attempts to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to claim the Prize, Sponsor will select a back up winner in accordance with the above. Likewise, if the original winner is ineligible or fails to timely return the signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Releases, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements of this Sweepstakes, the winner shall forfeit the Prize in its entirety, and Sponsor shall award the Prize to an alternate winner selected in accordance with the above. Prize will be sent to winner within three (3) days via email.

10. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”). The prize (“Prize”) will consist of:

• 3 Month Supply of Wilderton non-alcoholic spirits ($140 ARV)
• $100 Credit to Smith Tea
• $100 Gift Card to Bridge 9 Candle Co.
• $100 Gift Card to Goldthread
• Gift package from Runamok Maple, including 3 maple syrups and 3 new honey varieties ($100 ARV)

The Total ARV of the Prize is $540 

11. Conditions:

All taxes and other expenses associated with the receipt or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes participant's permission for the Sponsor to use his/her name, hometown city and state, likeness, biographical information and any statements made by participant regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for editorial, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by all of these Official Rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, and their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

12. Email/Data Protection Notice:

If you submit an email address to enter this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to receive communications with information or carefully selected commercial opportunities from Sponsor and each Prize Provider or its subsidiaries or agents on their behalf. Sponsor and Prize Provider will hold any personal details it is entitled to hold on its own or a duly authorized agent's database for the purposes of optimizing its commercial offering to consumers, actual or potential. Any individual (or duly authorized person) may elect to exclude the name and email address of that individual from all lists used by Sponsor by submitting a removal request in writing to Sponsor at Sponsor's Mailing Address above or by clicking "unsubscribe" in any communications. PLEASE VISIT SPONSOR'S PRIVACY POLICY ON THE WEBSITE LISTED ABOVE.

13. Additional Terms:

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor's website. Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

14. Winner List or a Copy of the Official Rules:

To obtain name of Prize Winner or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by the Sweepstakes End Date as described in Section 1 above to the "Sponsor Mailing Address" as described in Section 1 above, attention: "Stay Well Sweepstakes"

15. The agreement contained in these Official Rules is governed by the laws of Delaware.
